Enhancing Public Health Engagement Through Creative Content and Comprehensive, End-to End Event Management
Brightminds Communications played a significant role in supporting the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia by enhancing public health engagement through creative content and comprehensive event execution, including development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies. To amplify the Ministry’s health initiatives and increase visibility and public participation, Brightminds developed national teaching and learning materials and was deeply involved in every aspect of the Ayo Sehat Festival in both 2023 and 2024.
National Teaching and Learning Materials
As part of its efforts in supporting the Ministry of Health to boost public health education, Brightminds contributed to the “Platform Merdeka Mengajar” initiative. This project aimed to integrate health education into national learning platforms, with Brightminds leading the development of a wide range of educational content. The materials included comics, posters, PowerPoint presentations, explainer videos and animations, ensuring that both students and educators could engage with and absorb health-related information effectively. This initiative not only promoted public health but also aligned with the Ministry’s wider goals of making health education accessible and engaging.
Additionally, Brightminds developed guideline videos for Posyandu cadres, focusing on school-aged children and adolescents. These videos were designed to provide cadres with a clear and effective guide to delivering health services, thus improving overall quality of community-based health efforts.
Integrated Marketing and End-to-End Event Management for Ayo Sehat Festival 2023 and 2024
Brightminds played a significant role in organizing and executing the Ayo Sehat Festival for two consecutive years, in 2023 and 2024. This included the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies. The festival, organized by the Ministry of Health, brought together stakeholders from academia, the private sector, civil society organizations, and media to offer easier, affordable, and efficient access to health services for the public.
Our involvement covered everything from concept development to the execution of the event and its various sub-events, including the main festival and interactive health museum. Brightminds also involved and oversaw the planning, design, and production of all promotional materials such as banners, event ID cards, welcome arches, registration areas, photo booths, information tents, and participant booths. The 2023 festival took place at Gelora Bung Karno in Jakarta, while the 2024 event was held at Gedung Sate in Bandung, both successfully increasing public knowledge and interest in healthier lifestyles.
Through our comprehensive event management and creative educational content development, Brightminds has made a lasting impact on public health engagement. Our work in developing teaching and learning materials, and managing the execution of national health events like Ayo Sehat Festival, has significantly contributed to enhancing public awareness and health literacy across Indonesia. The success of the Ayo Sehat Festival, in particular, showcases our expertise in executing large-scale, impactful public health initiatives.
