Strategic Unveiling of Traveloka Priority

In collaboration with Brightminds Communications, Traveloka successfully held a press conference at CGV theater in Grand Indonesia on 4 November 2022 to officially unveil its groundbreaking loyalty program, Traveloka Priority. This event not only marked Traveloka’s return to full-scale offline events post-Covid-19, but also exceeded expectations with the presence of 49 journalists from top-tier publications.

The program, designed to provide exclusive benefits to loyal customers, was introduced as an innovative solution addressing evolving lifestyle and travel needs. Traveloka’s spokesperson, with the support of Brightminds, delivered impactful soundbites, emphasizing the company’s approach of fostering loyalty through trust and shared love. 

The inclusion of renowned public figures Raditya Dika and Annisa Aziza, both Traveloka Priority members, was seamlessly facilitated by Brightminds. Their anecdotes and user perspective, orchestrated in collaboration with Brightminds, aligned perfectly with Traveloka’s narratives, amplifying the overall impact of the event.

To create a dynamic and engaging atmosphere, games were strategically integrated into the program by Brightminds, serving as effective icebreakers. This not only engaged journalists, but also infused a sense of excitement into the event. The press conference drew the attention of  49 journalists, surpassing the initial target, representing reputable media outlets such as Antara, Liputan6, Kumparan, and SWA. 

The positive tonality in 52 articles across print and online publications showcased the success of Traveloka Priority’s launch.
